that develops the next generation of black and minority ethnic entrepreneurs and business owners.
We provide BAME entrepreneurs and business owners with free access to marketing, mentorship, branding, finance, funding and start-up support needed to launch their idea or grow an existing business.

As a not-for-profit organisation we rely on donations that go towards supporting our entrepreneurs kick-starting their business. With 100% of donation and corporate partnerships going towards helping our entrepreneurs purchase resources and equipment for their new business!
YOUR SUPPORT WILL…
– Contribute to funding each of our start-up businesses and entrepreneurs who undergo our programme.
– Increase accessibly to business training, mentorship, entrepreneurship, finance and personal development within the BAME community and underprivedlegd young people.
– Help teach, train and develop people from underprivileged and disadvantaged backgrounds through our community enterprise programmes and workshops.
– Training and development of people from black and ethnic minorities through our business enterprise programmes and workshops.
MEET THE FOUNDER…
As a entrepreneur, Cleo noticed there wasn’t many people that looked like her in the business world or workplace. Even though she’d spent years speaking and meeting with many highly qualified, capable and driven men and women from disadvantaged and BAME backgrounds.
She noticed they were not provided with the same level support, opportunity and access. But seen as a “check box quota” for diversity.
As a result, Cleo launched Mission Diverse CIC, a not-for-profit organisation focused on providing free community business support aimed to create the next generation of successful BAME business owners and employees.
As well as this Mission Diverse also helps educate corporate companies on diversity and unconscious bias.
